José Luis Moreno joins the StepOne team as Managing Director after having served as a Director and Equity Partner for KPMG Europe LLP. Previously, José Luis was a Director at Andersen and was appointed General Manager for Service Quality for the Regional Government of Madrid. He has also served as a Member of the Board for various Spanish state-owned companies in the public sector as well as for companies in information technology. He is the author of more than 25 publications on improving services through innovation, having participated in numerous forums for this subject in Spain and Latin America.
