About the Program

Jóvenes con Futuro is an internship program sponsored by Fundación Rafael del Pino and administered by StepOne Ventures.  The goal of the program is to look for the brightest young technical minds in Spain and arrange internships for recently graduated computer science and engineering profiles in with start-ups in Silicon Valley.

This program will arrange for a legal internship contract, the visa process, logistics, travel, and insurance needs for participants.  These will be paid internships, and program participants will be responsible for any extra costs incurred during the program.  For more information, please see the FAQ.

The program, which is directed by Fundación Rafael del Pino and Bernardo Hernandez (co-founder of idealista.com, tuenti.com, floresfrescas.com and 11870.com), intends to create a unique experience that encourages positive Spanish entrepreneurial spirit and extends opportunities for promising talent.
